Ken brings extensive experience to Spire Homes with over 20 years of direct residential and commercial building expertise, while building homes from $300,000+ up to two million. Ken earned his degree in Architectural Engineering and has a lengthy background with national builders. His career path excelled, as he moved into Construction and Operations Management capacities for some of the largest publicly held builders.
OUR STORY
Ken’s tenure with the national builders and the daily layers of bureaucracy made him very aware of the inefficiencies in this system, and the magnitude in which it dilutes the overall customer experience. Ken made a conscientious decision to start Spire Homes locally and focus on his customers and their overall experience. He brings strong financial backing to Spire Homes and is a proud member of the National Builder Group which operates out of Colorado Springs.

As part of NBG, Ken opened Spire Homes in 2020 where they make the process of buying and owning a home simple. Transparency and communication are key, which is why the homes they build include all upgraded features in the price. He also extends the mantra of “making life better” to his employees, enabling them to take control of their positions and strike a good work/life balance. It’s all in the name of customer satisfaction and, judging by over 90% of customers willing to recommend Spire Homes, it seems to be working.
